Blue Life

I am loving all things tie-dye these days. Every other outfit I have worn in Costa Rica has been tie-dye (even down to my swimsuits which I will be sharing soon!) Planet Blue has an amazing selection right now of tie-dye magic! This top also comes in black (super versatile! and classic!) Lots of photos of this beauty.... I hope you enjoy!

other blue life items i am crushing on:

we are to that point in our vacation where it feels like this is our new life (so funny how that works).and i find it strange how being away from home can become so comfortable, its like you set up home away from home (even the bathroom looks like our bathroom at home with how i have set it all up. everything has a place. its been such a wonderful vacation but just this morning both my husband and i agreed that we miss home and are ready to return. it's so interesting to me how much i can crave routine and normalcy and home even in the middle of a wild ambiguous adventure! i always thought i preferred the latter but as i get older i realize i dont like much change and prefer routine and consistency with my life.  seattle is home to us and we love our life there. so thankful for the opportunities we have been given to travel and to be here (we have loved every moment) but this morning when we woke up we agreed that it felt like we have been gone for so long (it hasn't been that long). i think any vacation is a good vacation if you get to that point where you start to miss home. we can't wait to breath the cool clean air in the mornings and go camping this summer. we spend most of our days outdoors and not just in the grass or on the back porch but in the woods. we hike and camp and adventure all around the PNW. this year we have booked 6 weekend getaways to places we have never been before in the PNW. excited to explore our home state even more and get back outside with our tent and crackling fire. im actually most excited to be cold. i haven't been cold in so long :) missing home and at the same time feeling grateful and soaking up the last few days of vacation fully.
