A fresh look at fitness. - iFit

I own the iFit vue here What I love most about it is that just by pressing on the screen I can quickly view my stats for steps, distance, and calories. I also work a desk job Monday-Friday and tend to be one of those people who doesn't get up from my desk as often as I should. I have set my iFit to remind me every 30 minutes to get up from where I am sitting and move around. This has done wonders for my body, attention span and even quality of work. I could never remember to get up and move around before. 


I now have set goals for myself so that I am hitting 10k steps a day! It's been amazing for my body to move more! evenings walks included with my husband just so i can reach my goals! 

I have never counted calories but the iFit vue allows you to track calories in and calories out. Pretty cool! It really has allowed me to be more mindful of what I am putting in my body and how much physical activity I am getting not that so that I can be thin but that so I can have a strong and healthy body that I am taking care of.

 I downloaded the iFit app on my phone.  The app tracks all of your stats and data and can sync immediately, so you're able to constantly track your progress.

    Enter your meals, snacks, and drinks from an expansive food library or use the built-in barcode scanner.

  • Set goals

    Set specific goals, get notified when you achieve those goals, then relish your success.

  • Get details

    Access in-depth details of your day and view easy-to-read charts of your activity.

I would recommend this product to others. It has allowed me to be healthier by tracking my activity as well as reminding me when I have been idle for too long (too long in my opinion is 30 minutes, that may be different for you) the calorie tracker is a bonus and has encouraged me to eat healthier options that will give my body the strength it needs to function at it's best. I wouldn't trade that information for anything now that I have it at my finger tips.
